Postcards From Wakefield - On Tour
'Postcards from Wakefield' is an initiative of the Positive Mental Health Network. The network is a collection of community groups and organisations in Wakefield that have joined forces to help each other and share good practice. We are a proud member of the network and were excited to be part of Postcards from Wakefield when it launched in 2019.

Throughout the year, community groups and members of the public were invited to create there own postcard sharing a message of positivity whether through an image, quote or phrase.

All of the postcards - over 1000 in total - were displayed at Wakefield Artwalk in May.

We invited prisoners to submit postcards and arranged an exhibition of postcards created around the district in the prison library.
